How Do I place an order?

To place an order at Eli Bitton:

  • Use the various category options provided under the main menu to help you find what you are looking for.
  • Once you have shortlisted an item,
    select your size and click on the ‘Add to cart” button.
  • Review the items in your shopping Cart
    by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.

Which Payment methods you accepy?

We accept COD (Cash On Delivery) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Razor Pay, UPI, Net Banking and most international credit and debit.

What happens if my payment is declined?

In case of failed transactions, please check that the details entered by you match the details on the card, card is not expired, PIN entered is correct. If all the details are correct and the problem still persists then contacting your bank or credit card company
would help solve the issue. You also have an option of selecting a different payment method.

Can I Amend my delivery address once the order hasbeen placed?

Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address until the item has been shipped.
However, should you need to do this; you can call our client care team who will be able to assist further.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team.

Will my Parcel be insured?

Your online order is insured by Eli Bitton during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require signature by the receiver on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Exchange & Returns

What is the process of Exchange/Return my Order?

Items Purchased through www.elibitton.in are eligible for Return within 3 days and Exchange within 5 days of your order's delivery date.

What are Eli bitton Exchange & Return conditions?

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. 

Item must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alteration or any signs of use.

The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, labels, tags, boxes, hangers, garment bag etc.

All custom-made orders are not eligible for return & exchange. In case your garment requires alteration, we will be happy to assist you with the same.

Discounted Product(s) or orders places using promotional coupon voucher eligible for size exchanged only.

We’re pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If you decide to return your exchange item(s), restocking fees of 10% from products MRP will apply. 

In case of any return/exchange, the return shipping charges will be borne by client.

All returns or exchanges are allowed for outfits purchased from our own website only.

In case of Returned COD (cash on Delivery) order, restocking fee of 10% from product MRP will be charged.

Refund will be issued to the original payment methodm only.

Refund for COD orders will be issued through bank transfer.
